We will check our system to see whether it's genuine or not. Afterwards, any further claims for that order ID will become invalid.
2. In accordance with our interest in receiving genuine customer feedback and reviews, only customers who have used our product for over 7 days may proceed through the form and claim the prize. If you get rejected because you've used it for less than 7 days, please wait for a few more days and come back to fill out the form.
3. The prize will be sent to the same delivery address and name of the corresponding order ID.
